FTR Minutes is a minutes creation program that's included with FTR MinuteMaker and is also available separately. Clerks can use FTR Minutes to create minutes back in the office when the meeting is over. FTR Minutes takes the "guess work" out of the note taking process because each note creates a time stamp that links to the exact part of the recorded proceeding where the note was taken. Meeting participants can easily recall the details of what happened during meetings by clicking on the time stamps and listening to relevant portions of the recorded proceeding instead of taking handwritten notes and then trying to "make sense" out of them later.
